Multimedia and Graphic Design Coordinator

Marinello Schools of Beauty | Whittier, CA• Oversaw creative production for campaigns and various projects promoting enrollment, salon services, product promotions, student resource materials, and special events for over 50 Marinello beauty school campus locations nationwide.
• Worked on initiatives for marketing, internal departments, and field staff to strategically fulfill required project objectives. Conceptualized and produced content for marketing automation campaign using Eloqua platform.
• Created designs for wide variety of print and online media including, but not limited to, comprehensive collateral packages (folders, brochures, booklets, posters, flyers, direct mailers, salon service menus, postcards, coupons), logos, large-format signage (billboards, outdoor ads, banners, standees, window clings), presentations, print and web ads, social media graphics, eblasts, and web banners/graphics.
• Hired and managed freelance copywriters, designers, and illustrators. Also worked in collaboration with external marketing and design agencies, designers, copywriters, and developers. Worked with project managers on time management workflows and production schedules and with analysts to ensure project costs were within budget. Consulted with compliance and legal departments verifying use of correct language in marketing materials.
